Your pet must be free of fleas and ticks when entering Oceanside Pet Hotel.  We will be happy to bathe your pet for you if external parasites are present.

Day Care will not be in session on the day before, or the day after, a major holiday.  Please call to check the schedule during holiday periods

Day Care Fees:  $25.00 a day your dog can socialize with other dogs in our "fun-pack of exercise" and have blast! Club Cards (3 days or more - $20.00 per day)

* Bordertella - We strongly suggest that vaccination be every six months, or within the last month before boarding for those once a year boarders.
 

Exit Baths:  Exit baths are a "clean up bath" and do not include ears or nails. Exit Bath Fees are $10.00

Medications:  Are charged $1.50 per administration.

CHECKING IN

Check In: You can check in at any time from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays 8:00am to 4:00pm. You can check in on Sundays by Appointment Only. On the day you check in, you must bring proof that your pet has all the required vaccinations up to date. Checking in takes only a few minutes if you have all the required paperwork. We ask that you say goodbye to your pet in the office. Visiting him in the kennel will be hard on him.

On A Lead - Please: When you arrive at Oceanside Pet Hotel, you bring you're pet in on a lead.  We take off all collars for boarding and return your leash when you drop off your pet.

If Someone else drops off your pet:  If you have made arrangements for someone else to drop off your pet for boarding please let our Staff know so we can set up the details of your pets stay, with you, over the phone.

Emergency Contact Number: Every attempt will be made to provide the care necessary for your pet should an emergency occur. It is important that you leave a phone number where you can be reached or an emergency contact person so that communication between you and the veterinarian can take place in a timely manner.
 

CHECKING OUT

Check Out: On pick up day all pets must be checked out prior to closing. You may check your pet out at any time during business hours. Sunday Check Out By Appointment - You must prepay for Sunday pick up.
